Pinnacle Business Services incorporated in January of 1990 by Carl Aley who had been with Xerox Corporation
for 20 years. A Xerox Corporate decision was made to engage independent agent
owners instead of Xerox employees to manage the marketing activities in rural
America. As a native North Carolinian who always wanted to live in Wilmington
this was an easy decision.
In the past 15 years the agency has grown with the phenomenal growth of New Hanover,
Brunswick, Pender and Columbus counties which we represent. Our customer base
includes G.E., PPD, New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Chemtex, Brunswick County
Government and schools, New Hanover Board of Education, UNCW, Cape Fear Community
College and hundreds of others.
Most of our customers selected Xerox after seeing an actual demonstration. They
compared our product capabilities to what they were presently using or were considering
and selected Xerox as their vendor of choice. They also considered the tenure
of the Xerox technical staff and the Xerox Total Satisfaction Guarantee. That
guarantee simply stated gives Xerox customers the right to have their machine
replaced during the term of the lease if they are not completely satisfied.
